Update: Color change in the eyes, pads and mouth

I just had to make one of these cuties. Originally, they were going to be lullaby themed but the color pallet I used just screamed strobe lights to me.

Bio: Stobe is a mischievous fuck. He has habit of pulling pranks before stealing away one's sheep. If he fails to capture a goat, he'll stab holes into their necks to make it look as if someone bit it, leading many to assume someone else tried to attack it. Strobe would never dare to hurt his own sheep though. Most of them are named after a few Spanish words he picked up at random. He often tries to grab more goats that he can handle, leading to him to become stressed out over the animals he has to carry and his mutation. On the side, he loves to collect glow sticks as he finds it amusing how they glow just like his pads.
